About the CEO

Hi all! My name is Genesis Ewell and I am a certified run coach through ISSA. I have 12+ years of fitness and running experience specializing in sprints, running technique and form drills. My newest venture is now long distance running - I have gained experience in 5Ks, 10Ks, and now half-marathons.

I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale where I also ran collegiate track and field. I am a 6x MVC Conference Champion and NCAA All-American.

I want to help runners, beginner to advanced, to challenge themselves, push their boundaries and inspire them in any way that I can!
